A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who establishes a real estate development corporation and is engaged in real estate-related development business under the trade name of Da Co., Ltd. located in Heung-gu B in Gyeonggi-gu.

On October 14, 2010, the Defendant: (a) concluded two cases of land sale agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to purchase KRW 1.5 billion of the land of KRW 97,500,000 among the land of KRW 192,317 square meters of the above E forest land; (b) around October 28, 201, the Defendant claimed as the representative of the said clan (with respect to the said F’s right of representation; (c) on August 24, 201, the Seoul Central District Court decided to the effect that there was no power of representation since F was elected as the representative at a clan meeting that did not go through legitimate procedures; and (d) drafted a promise to sell the said forest of KRW 1.5,50,000,000 among the land of KRW 192,317,00,000, which was owned by the said clan.

However, since a provisional contract with the above clan G was concluded on December 8, 2010 with regard to the above woodland, G sent a certificate of content that the defendant would request the correction of double contracts with the defendant's corporation around December 8, 2010. On December 14, 2010, the defendant sent a reply to the purport that these dual contracts are issues between G and the above clan. On November 1, 2010 to defend the problem of double contracts, the defendant decided to make provisional registration under the name of C between F and F and the above company. On December 30, 2010, when the division is completed and the division is completed, 10% of the down payment would be paid to that week. The defendant did not have any property at the time, but did not have any property at least KRW 600,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, and did not have been prepared for the said double contracts until the time.
