The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of appeal by the Defendant in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case (excluding the order and the part not guilty of the reasoning) on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, exceeding the bounds of

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the records, it is justifiable to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance that found the prosecutor guilty of the facts charged (excluding the portion guilty) of this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning and found the defendant not guilty, on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the appeal did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
