1. A share transfer agreement entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on December 10, 2017 with respect to the shares listed in the separate sheet is deemed to have been concluded.

According to the statement in Gap evidence No. 4, Dec. 10, 2017, with respect to 30,000 shares listed in the separate sheet of C issuance issued by the defendant as the transferor and the plaintiff as the transferee, the contract for the transfer of shares with 5,000 won and 5,000 won per share transfer value per share was prepared, but there is no dispute between the parties concerned. The contract for the transfer of shares between the plaintiff and the defendant with respect to shares listed in the separate sheet of December 10, 2017 is null and void. On the other hand, since the competent tax authority plans to impose gift tax on the plaintiff on the ground of the above share transfer contract, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
