A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving). On April 18, 2013, 201: (a) On the fourth-time road in front of the base 118, the Government of the Republic of Korea, Maamamamb, 00, while driving BM5 cars at such speed as is difficult to drive normally due to blood alcohol concentration of 0.198%, and driving them at such speed as is difficult to see one lane from the Seoul on the side; (b) on the other hand, there is a three-lane distance from which signals are installed; (c) on the other hand, drivers engaged in driving service have duty of care to reduce the speed and prevent the injury caused by safe driving according to the traffic signal; (d) negligence in the course of performing duties of driving the said 4-time taxi without properly operating the said bus and other necessary parts for treatment of the victim, who is the victim of D or the driver of the said e-day passenger vehicle before leaving the front of the said taxi;

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) from April 18, 2013 to 01:40.
