A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those who drive CM5 vehicles on duty;

Nevertheless, around October 29, 2012, the Defendant paid 1.4 million won in the vicinity of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Yang Jae-gu, and did not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said motor vehicle even though he was acquired by transfer from G from G.

4. Violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;
