Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 6, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor due to robbery at the Suwon method and was released on March 29, 2013 and the parole period expired on October 1, 2013.

4. On June 21, 2015, the Defendant, at around 12:00 on June 21, 2015, driven a Flux car with approximately KRW 5 km from the spon registration number plate on the back of the DP vehicle and exercised the Flux car using the DP vehicle from around 12:50 on the same day.

5.
