Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 7, 2013, from around 16:30 on the same day to 16:50 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s duty of funeral service for about 20 minutes, such as entering the “DB” operated by the victim C (V) located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and leaving many customers, leaving the country, and taking a bath. The Defendant interfered with the victim’s duty of funeral service for about 20 minutes.

2. On December 7, 2013, at around 16:50 on December 16, 2013, the Defendant insultd the victim of the victim F (the age of 51) who was affiliated with the E (the age of 51) on the street in front of the “DB” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to arrest him as a flagrant offender in the act of interference with business. The Defendant resisted the victim by saying, “I am anywhere I am knife, I am knife, if I am knife, and if I am knife, if I am a fine.”
