1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for the payment of KRW 107,460,405 as well as the period from October 22, 2014 to November 9, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

The judgment with no ground (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) recognizes only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Reasons for Residents were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015. The excess portion shall be dismissed.
