A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (U.S.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.) are those engaged in driving cars B;

2. On January 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving) at around 00:20 on January 7, 2014, the blood alcohol concentration is 0.062% from a section of approximately 1km from the front day of a melting soup to the front roads of the death apartment located in the South Won-si Port of death.
