Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2014, at around 03:20 on August 31, 2014, at the C convenience store located in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu B, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim D (at the age of 31) who was sexually friendly, was divided into conversations with another male, and, (b) stated, “I will see why I would like to see it? I would like to see why I would like to see? I would like to see why I would like to see? I would like to see why I would like to see? I would like to cause an earthquake.”
