Punishment of the crime

1. On October 27, 2013, Defendant A demanded the victim to leave the E-si operated by the victim B (55 years of age) via the “G restaurant” located in Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, and the victim demanded the victim to pay the charges for the operation of the Gu citizen hall to Defendant A after having arrived in the front of the said G-si, and the victim demanded the victim to pay the charges to Defendant A after having arrived in the front of the said G-si.

Accordingly, at around 15:30 on the same day, Defendant A brought an injury to the victim, such as “the victim’s dynasium, which was installed in the taxi, without affixing his/her seal.” Since then, Defendant A requested the victim to compensate for the dynasium dispute with the victim, and caused the victim to go up two times on the right-side side of the victim’s right-hand side of the kynasium, and caused the victim to go up with a bridge more than two weeks of the victim’s dynasium treatment.”

Defendant B, at the same date and time as, and at the same place as, paragraph (1) of this Article, brought a dispute with the victim A (the age of 37) due to the said reasons, and brought the victim’s bucks in response to the occurrence of the victim, and accordingly, the facts charged of the victim’s bucks appear to be in error in the facts charged of the buck.
