Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-learning car within approximately 50 meters from the 14-4th to the 12th day of the Hanju-si, Hanju-ro, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.160% among blood transfusion around 23:00.
