A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who serves as a social service personnel in charge of the assistance of expenses in accordance with C in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
