A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Suwon District Court for two years and two months, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Kimcheon Juvenile Reformatory on April 30, 2017.

around December 4, 2017, the Defendant borrowed five million won from the victim C to raise funds to purchase B SP vehicles, and agreed to repay the above loans in 259,140 won each month between 24 months and 24 months, and set up a right to collateral security against the above vehicles as the creditor, and the Defendant as the debtor.

On January 2018, the Defendant borrowed 1,50,000 won to the Buddhist in the vicinity of the memorial area in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeongsan-si, and provided the above vehicle as a collateral without the consent of the victim and made it impossible for the victim to grasp the location of the above vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed his own property which is the object of the victim's right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.

around 03:58 on September 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered the head of the group D, front path, and the head of the group of EKaxa car parked in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) found the victim F; (c) opened the said car door which was not corrected; (d) opened the said car door; and (e) opened the credit card identification card in the said door; and (e) took one cell phone of the victim with an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price of 1,000,000 won from that time until July 6, 2019, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property in total of 42,180,000 won, including the list of crimes.
