1. The Defendants will implement the procedure to change the name of the owner of the project in the name of the owner of the mountain, mountain, and mountain.
Reasons
1. 2. Determination
A. If a building is being constructed after obtaining permission from an administrative agency or filing a report with an administrative agency, the transferee of the building under construction needs to change the name of the building owner in order to continue the construction project in progress, and after completion inspection, it is necessary to register the building management ledger as the owner and change the name of the building owner in order to apply for registration of preservation of ownership in the name of the transferee. To this end, the transferee shall submit a report on change of the building owner pursuant to the construction related Acts and subordinate statutes, such as Article 11(1) of the Enforcement Rule of the Building Act, along with a written consent to change of the name of the building owner before the change of the building owner. According to the above facts, the plaintiff who has taken over the building of this case needs to prepare a building register for the extended part and change the name of the owner in order to preserve ownership, and is the owner of the extended part.
