【Criminal Facts】

Although the Defendant had the record of violating the alcohol driving as above, the Defendant driven B ra-car at around 01:30 on October 3, 2019, under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.158% from the section of about 15km in the direction of 0.15%, from the influent land where the main body of the Dong-gu, Ansan-si, Sinsan-si to the front road of the Sinung-dong, Sinung-dong 381-5.
