A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a motor vehicle BVS car.
On March 22, 2015, the Defendant driven the NAS car on March 10, 2015, while driving the said NAS car to proceed to the patrol box on the right side of the Dju station located in Pyeongtaek-si C.
However, since there is an intersection where signal apparatus is installed, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle, such as saving the signal apparatus well and reducing speed in advance in preparation for stop signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, suffered from the victim G (the 28 years old), who is a passenger with the above K3 car, about two weeks of medical treatment. 2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a BNAS car.

However, since there are an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with its signals by reducing speed and keeping the right and the right of the road well.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and sent a signal to the vehicle.
