Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant driven Calb in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.112% from the section of about 5 km to the front of the 10km-ro 184-6 Sin-si in the early 184-6 Sin-si in the early 22:35 on the same day from May 22, 2017, the Defendant was driving Calb in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.112% from the 5km-ro 112 meters from the beginning of the 184-6 Sin-si.

2. On the above day, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) while driving at around 22:20 on the above day, and driving in violation of the signal from the central road to the south Flaz in order for the patrol of the Defendant, the patrolr belonging to the Young-gu District, which discovered it, demanded that the Defendant stop to the Defendant in order to control the Defendant; (b) however, the Defendant had the intent to flee to conceal the fact of driving alcohol; (c) from the above E-distance Intersection to the above 103 front of the above Cheong-gu Cheong-gu Apartment apartment, the Defendant attempted to repeat the above 4km speed above the above patrol vehicle at around the above 4km section, and repeated the above patrol vehicle at around the direction of the Defendant at around three times, such as breaking the central line over three occasions; and (d) caused a serious traffic danger by threatening the above Young-gu Rabr.
