Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:00 on December 12, 2012, the Defendant assaulted the victim's head collection by brupting the victim's head collection, while the victim D went beyond the above location, which is the land owned by the Defendant on the part of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

As a result, the defendant inflicted multiple injuries on the victim for about 14 days in need of treatment.
