A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

From the fourth grade of elementary school, the Defendant had been using obscene videos almost every day, and had been able to resolve sexual humiliations by using a method of using a woman's sparing sparing sparing sparing sparing sparing and drinking sparing sparing with the chests.

In addition, from that time until April 8, 2015, the Defendant stolen clothes, etc. owned by the victim at least seven times in total, as shown in the attached list 1 of crimes committed.

2. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On July 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 21:50 on July 14, 2014, 2014, around the stairs of the Daegu Northern-gu B apartment, the Defendant: (b) followed the victim D (at the age of 15) who walked around the said stairs; (c) led the victim to force one another from his own right to the resistance; and (d) led the victim to a single hand.

B. On April 15, 2015, at around 20:25, the Defendant: (a) saw the victim E (in women, 14 years of age) who walked at the port of Do-gu, Daegubuk-gu; (b) kid the victim E (in my own rear, kid the victim from his own rear; and (c) bread the victim’s chest with both descendants.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victims who are children and juveniles more than twice.

3. On July 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00, around 102, the Defendant 1 met the victim’s shoulder with one hand, following the victim F (n, 20 years of age) who walked around C apartment 102 in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) and (c) the victim’s shoulder with another hand.

In addition, from that time until April 25, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims on seven occasions in total, as shown in attached Table 2.
