Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Illegal Check Control Act at the Busan District Court on April 7, 2016, and was released on January 26, 2017 and passed on April 5, 2017.
[Criminal facts] Defendant A and the victim G (42 tax) are employees of “I” located in H in Kimhae-si.
Defendant
A around 23:20 on May 11, 2017, around 23:20 on the road of "K Singing room" located in the Justice Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, left the victim G with his/her face, put him/her a drink with his/her face, put him/her over his/her face with his/her bather bat, fating his/her bat, fating his/her bat, and serving him/her with his/her face, and bating his/her body.
Accordingly, while the defendant A and the victim G are removed, the victim G was able to take the food waste in his hand, and the victim G was able to take the face of the victim G one time with the left hand, and the victim G was used on the floor.

Defendant B, around May 11, 2017, at around 23:20 on May 11, 2017, 2017, reported that G and the victim A (48 years old) were fighting with each other, as stated in the facts of the crime in the case in 2017 high Gohap 117, and led to the injury of the victim’s face and body 21 days when they were able to take care of the victim’s body.
