Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On January 201, 2017, the Defendant embezzled: (a) on the street near the entrance and exit No. 30,000 in the new bank, Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) discovered that one of the three instances of the 30,000 Won of the market value of the victim C is located; and (c) without taking necessary procedures, such as returning to the victim, he/she embezzled it.
2. A thief: (a) around 04:00 on May 25, 2018, the Defendant: (b) placed in Plast liquor located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and stored behind the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E, in the victim’s plastic liquor box, 2 Byung C of a small amount equivalent to KRW 8,000, the market price of which is the victim’s ownership, in the main machine.
3. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at around 04:11, around 201, at around 04:2, the Defendant attempted to commit theft, having been placed in the market room in which the market price equivalent to KRW 8,000,00 of the market price owned by the victim E, was prepared in advance at KRW 16,00,00; and (b) had been stolen on the same day by intrusion through the main window of “F” restaurant operated by the said victim, which was not locked by the said victim at around 04:12; (c) however, the Defendant attempted to commit theft and attempted to commit money and valuables by breaking the said victim through the main window that was not locked by the said victim’s “F” restaurant; (d) but (e) had not been carried out due to having escaped with the security guards dispatched to the operation of the theft prevention system and attempted to commit the theft.
4. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On May 5, 2018, at around 02:30, the Defendant came to a “I” restaurant operated by the victim H located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and went to the rear end of the restaurant, and stolen KRW 26,500,00, the sum of the 16,000,000,000, the market value of which is the victim’s possession of plastic gambling facilities, is equivalent to KRW 16,00,00,000.
B. On June 6, 2018, at around 02:30 on June 6, 2018, the Defendant intrudes into a restaurant with the same place as the above paragraph 4(a), and then intrudes on the back of the restaurant, and thereby, is a victim H.
