A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant committed each of the following crimes under the state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to mental military register increase of damaged net, excessive net, related net, etc.

1. Around September 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a victim H-owned cab in the atmosphere to turn to the left on the road in front of the G market in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si; and (b) stopped by blocking the front of the above cab; (c) the Defendant was on the front of the taxi; and (d) C was on board the back of the cab and demanded that the victim “I son to go to the Gun unit in Gangwon-do.”

At that time, the victim told the defendant that he would leave the taxi from the taxi, and tried to open a chief door from the taxi driver's seat and to attract the defendant, and the defendant was in the back seat of the taxi in order to seize the taxi.

In the end, the Defendant tried to forcibly take a taxi owned by the victim in collaboration with C, but the victim did not bring the taxi keys to the taxi and did not intend to bring the taxi.

2. On September 27, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties, who received 112 reports on the roads in front of the said G market at around 06:10.
