[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things.

Defendants conspired with P, Q, and R in succession, and P, from March 2014 to January 2016, each of the Defendants shared duties to manage employees in Vietnam, and to recruit employees to work at an overseas office in Korea, and Defendant A and E manage public relations team employees in Vietnam, and Defendant B, C, D, F, G, H, I, and J shared duties to perform the role of recruiting gambling members through the Internet page, etc. at the place of Vietnam, including Vietnam.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with P, Q, R 1 successively, and Defendant E and F from October 15 to October 18, 2015, and from December 2015 to October 18, 2016, Defendant I opened an account from October 10 to October 10, 2015, and from October 2015 to October 3, 2015, Defendant G and H 10 to October 3, 2016, and from October 16, 2015 to October 18, 2016, Defendant G and H 10 to October 6, 2016, respectively.
