Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a DNA representative in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon who is engaged in restaurant business.

An employer is entitled to pay wages to a worker when concluding a labor contract. The method of calculating wages; method of payment; hours of fixed work; holidays; annual paid leaves; etc.; and even though the employer specified the working conditions in writing and delivered them to the worker, the Defendant did not deliver a written document specifying the working conditions to the E, who had worked from January 24, 2015 to April 9, 2017 at the aforementioned workplace, while entering into a labor contract with the said employee E.
