1. It is confirmed that each real estate listed in the separate sheet is owned by the plaintiff.

2. Defendant Chye shall be attached to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 1, 1976, B church (hereinafter referred to as I) which completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the instant real estate) was established as a branch church belonging to the Korean Egyptian Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Korean Egyptian Association”) from Pyeongtaek-si J on September 1, 1976, and K has been in office as a teacher company and the president of the party church since that time, K submitted a resignation letter to I around April 7, 2008.

B. On April 24, 2008, 12 teachers, including L, who had I’s teachers, filed a petition for L with I as I’s officer officers, and K pay 100,000,000 won as retirement pay (However, 60,000,000 won should be paid later) to K as retirement pay.

C. Since then, on April 27, 2008, I held a joint council and passed a resolution as 16 affirmative votes (three dissenting opinions, four dissenting opinions, and four dissenting opinions) that I would petition the M of the general assembly head of the religious order to the temporary council head of K, while 23 persons, who were on three occasions, were present, and submitted to the Gyeonggi Labor Council with the signature or seal of several members, including the defendant G with K, L, and I, and the defendant G, who was an internal collector, at the above resolution.

On June 25, 2008, while the Gyeonggi Labor Association has suspended the acceptance of resignation due to the payment of K's retirement benefits, it approved the I's petition for the temporary president of K with the acceptance of resignation on June 25, 2008, and M's petition was dispatched to K as a temporary president.

On the other hand, L held the I's removed meeting on May 4, 2008. On the same day, the minutes of the removed meeting consisting of 22 persons who are present at the I's removed meeting on the same day, who are notified that L will not go to a church upon the resignation of K pastors (on the bottom, the title "the removed minutes" has been printed) under the title "temporary joint council" (on the bottom, the title "the removed minutes" has been printed), and who are notified that L will not go to the church.
