A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 15, 2018, at around 15:10, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven a DCo-sports cargo vehicle at approximately 250 meters from the front of the Jeju-si road to the front of the Jeju-si road.
