In the Daegu District Court Western Branch Decision 2016Kaba133 decided on the costs of lawsuit, the Defendants recognized that “the Plaintiff’s determination that the amount of the costs of lawsuit to be repaid to the Defendants is KRW 3,543,890” was significant in this court’s determination on October 27, 2016, and that the Plaintiff paid KRW 5,704,00 among KRW 38,695,884 that the Plaintiff paid to the Defendants on September 3, 2015, and KRW 1,529,582 that the Plaintiff paid on March 31, 2017, the total amount of the costs of lawsuit was paid (the Plaintiff’s determination that the additional costs of KRW 38,695,84, which was paid to the Defendants on September 3, 2015). However, there is no evidence to acknowledge this as the compulsory execution decision.
