A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2019, at around 04:30, the Defendant, in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, was under the influence of alcohol, and was accompanied by the victim D (38 years of age) who is an employee, and security personnel, along with E, to the first floor from the second floor above the ground.
