1. The punishment of the defendant shall be eight months;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in a de facto marital relationship with B.

The defendant, in collusion with B, operates a marine camping game in a commercial building located in C when residing from January 10, 2016 to January 13, 2016, and from January 15, 2016, the defendant operated the marine camping game.

From 15:40 on March 13, 14: (a) operating a marine camping game room in a farm household located in D at the time of permanent residence from 5:5:40; (b) establishing 24 game machine for “sea camping machine”, which is a game product not classified by the Game Rating Board; (c) providing customers with the card in proportion to the amount granted by the customers who found the same place; and (d) with the card attached by the customers on the game machine, the game begins and the same shape of the card attached to the game machine is displayed on the screen; and (d) converting the game into cash the remainder after deducting 10% of the money exchange commission from the points obtained by the customers according to the points obtained by the Game Rating Board.

As a result, the defendant provided game products not classified by the Game Rating Board in collusion with B for use, and exchanged the results of tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes, and conducted speculative acts such as giving financial benefits or losses to users by using speculative gaming machines.
