Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 29, 2014, the Defendant, at Seoul High Court, sentenced 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special rape), and 3 years of suspended execution. On March 19, 2015, on March 19, 2015, the sentence of suspended execution was invalidated due to the said judgment finalized on March 23, 2015. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the said sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison.
Criminal facts
