Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 19, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment for larceny at the Incheon District Court; 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime at the same court on November 19, 2004; 10 months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Central District Court on April 20, 2006; 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on October 9, 2007; 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment for the same crime at the Incheon Western District Court on August 13, 2009; and 50,000 won of imprisonment for the same crime at the Incheon District Court on June 10, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 19, 2014.

1. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime on February 18, 2015, around 15:00, at the Goyang-dong, Goyang-si F, Goyang-si, and at the “H tegrari,” operated by the Victim G, the Defendant opened the crime prevention window of windows by using the draber, and intruded inside, and stolen the passbook (Account Number: I) owned by the said victim.

At around 15:07 on the same day, the defendant inputs a passbook owned by the above G during the cash withdrawal period of the SC Bank located in the Silsan-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, and inputs a password known to him, and then withdrawn 4.17 million won in cash against the will of the SC Bank, the manager of the above cash withdrawal period, and stolen it.

2. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime, around 09:05, at around 09:05 on March 4, 2015, 2015, sent the above physical card to a cash payment machine installed at a GS25 convenience store located in the same Gu-dong-dong-dong-dong around 09:17, and then withdrawn 830,000 won in cash against the will of the manager of the said cash payment machine by inserting the password known in advance.
