Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, at around 23:56, the Defendant driven a vehicle from the front side of the entrance of the Hanju apartment at Ansan-dong 42 on the same day to the front side of the space computer-based 29-9, Ansan-dong 200 meters away from the outer 200 meters section, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.221%, from around 23:59 on August 9, 2013.
