피고인은 2013. 8. 1. 09:20경 대구 남구 대명동 2007-2번지에 있는 동대구농협 교대역 지점에서, 피해자 B(21세)이 현금인출기를 이용하면서 그 위에 현금 40,000원 등이 들어 있는 지갑을 올려놓은 사실을 깜빡 잊고 나왔다.
