1. The Defendant: (a) from April 21, 2016 to Plaintiff A, KRW 50,000, KRW 20,000, and each of them to Plaintiff B and C.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The facts of recognition 1) around 05:50 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant, at the “F” 1st floor underground of the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu Incheon building, reported that the Defendant and a person interested in the instant danran bar’s string together with the Defendant, a customer H and I, and followed the customer, and was faced with the string, leading him to the stairs outside the said dan by H and I, who observed the string. On April 217, 2016, the Defendant was able to take the back of the H’s face from the above stairs to the two main parts of the H’s face from the above stairs, and caused the death of H to the wall of the relevant stairs (hereinafter “the 2nd H”) at the Incheon-gu Hospital at around 27:40 on April 21, 2016.
3) As above, the Defendant’s injury to the Deceased and caused his death (hereinafter “instant tort”).
(4) On September 29, 2016, a person who was indicted as a deceased, etc. and was sentenced to a conviction of four-year imprisonment at the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 30, 2017, following the appellate court and the final appeal court. (4) The Plaintiffs are the deceased’s heir, and Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, and C are the deceased’s wife, Plaintiff B, and C’s children.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, since the defendant caused the death of the deceased due to the tort of this case, it is obligated to compensate the plaintiffs, who are the inheritor of the deceased and the deceased, pursuant to Articles 750 and 752 of the Civil Act.
2. Scope of damages.
