A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a Epoter II cargo vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.109% in blood, while under the influence of alcohol leveling from around 19:50 to around D in the front road located in B B in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the Epoter-II truck.

The Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of 0.109% alcohol level among the blood transfusion at the time of paragraph 1, and led to the intersection of D in front of the C in the Chungcheongnamcheon-gun C from Daejeon to the pentcheon-gun, at the speed of about 70km per hour according to the speed of about 70km among the two-lanes of C from Daejeon.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the injury to the victim F, such as salt, tensions, etc. in the cirical negligence as above, and the injury to the victim H (the 55 years old) who took advantage of the damaged vehicle, such as cirical salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three-day medical treatment, and the injury to the victim I (the 58 years old) of the same passenger, which requires approximately three-day medical treatment; the injury to the cirical salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three-day medical treatment to the victim J (the 49 years old) of the same passenger; and the injury to the cirical salt, tension, etc. in need of three-day medical treatment to the victim K (the 51 years old-age) of the same passenger.
