A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The seized evidence Nos. 1, 4, 6, and 7 (No. 813 of the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office) shall be classified.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compacting) at the Suwon of Suwon Methods, and the execution of sentence was terminated on June 24, 2015.

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sealed a disposable injection machine from C with approximately 0.7g gramphones upon request from the Defendant, and sent it to C via Kwikset Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) sold 300,000 won to the Saemaul Depository account (G) account in the name of the Defendant’s use on the 16th day of the same month by receiving transfer of KRW 30,000 to the 300,000.

B. On January 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received a request from C to request that “scopphone be sought; and (b) directed J to build up approximately 0.7 grams of opphone and deliver opphones to C; and (c) accordingly, on January 15, 2016, J sold opphones by means of remitting KRW 300,000 to the Saemaul Treasury (G) account in the name of F used by the Defendant on January 18, 2016.

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant issued KRW 1,800,000 of the purchase price of philophones to M located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City around 20:00, while requesting N to seek philophones, in addition to requesting N to seek philophones, and N was in the root.

O issued KRW 1,800,000 and purchased a philophone in a way that sM5 driver's license lanes and the defendant's license for using a vinyl paper containing about 10 grams of philophones.

2.
