The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is erroneous in the misapprehension of facts, which affected the conclusion of the judgment, even though the defendant did not have the victim not proceed with a representative meeting by putting balp and hair balp of the victim, who is the president of the council of occupants' representatives, and balp of the victim.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined at the court below: (i) the defendant was the person who was the representative of C apartment 401 unit; (ii) the victim was the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives; (iii) the victim entered into a private contract for the elevator construction of the above apartment; and (iv) the victim stated in the investigative agency that "the defendant was able to see that the defendant was the chairman of the office of management of the chairperson; and (iii) he was able to see the flick flick flick flick flick flick flick fl, and interfered with the meeting by assaulting the head flick flick flick flick flick fl, etc.; and (iv) the defendant stated that "the defendant was the victim's head flick flish flish flish flish fl," and the defendant stated that "the defendant's head flish flish flish flfl.
