Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2014, around 07:55 on September 25, 2014, the Defendant found D (W, 18 years of age) in front of C High Schools in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu, and found out D (W, 18 years of age) on the hallway stairs of the second floor of C High School, and marks the sclibs.

However, the prior vacant lot of the C High School was frequently used by the people or residents, and the C High School students was used for the passage.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
