1. The insurance contract mentioned in paragraph 2 of the attached Table is due to the insurance accident described in paragraph 1 of the attached Table.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 30, 2008, when concluding the instant insurance contract with the Plaintiff, the Defendant added a security for brain strokes to the instant insurance contract, and the instant special terms and conditions for the security of brain strokes (hereinafter “instant special terms and conditions”) which apply to the said insurance contract provide that the Defendant, the insured, shall pay KRW 10,000,000 as brain strokes only once for the first time when the Defendant, as a brain strokes during the insurance period, becomes final and conclusive.

B. With respect to the disease classified as “strokes”, the instant special agreement stipulates as follows.

Article 1 (Damage to Compensation) (2) The term "stroke" in paragraph (1) means the disease (see attached Table 10) classified as brain stroke in the 4th Korean Standard Disease Disease Classification.

(3) The diagnosis and determination of "brascis" shall be made by a hospital, a clinic, or a person with a physician's license (excluding dentists) of a medical institution recognized by the company as equivalent to the hospital under Article 3 (2) of the Medical Service Act, and the diagnosis shall be based on the cerebral Computer System Visualization (Brain CTRI), nuclear self-recognization (MRI), cerebral typology (PET), cerebral e-electronic emission e-mail (PECT), e-mail of single luminous emission, and cerebral typology inspection.
