The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that found all of the instant facts charged guilty.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the judgment of the court below is justifiable.
In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the statute of limitations, changes in indictments, and “contributions” as prescribed by Articles 112 and 113(1) of the Election of Public Officials Act, or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, thereby exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
