Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.140% on blood alcohol concentration around 07:10% on July 27, 2013, and the Defendant driven approximately seven kilometers from the street in front of the fire prosperity of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the street in front of the fire prosperity of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the street in front of 2-11.
