Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, from the day this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are above one year each.

Punishment of the crime

D is the friendship of the victim F (F, 10 years of age) with interest on the believers interest of the Em-Do Council member, a religious organization belonging to the Reformary General Assembly of Korea. Defendant A is a pastor who held office in the foregoing Do Council member, Defendant B is a pastor who held office in the above Do Council member, and G is a pastor who assist the above A and B, and H is the faith of the above Do Council member.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A.
