A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. A person who has violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act on April 22, 201 by being sentenced to a fine of KRW 2,00,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeonju District Court on April 22, 201, and a fine of KRW 7,000,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on May 2, 2012.

On March 27, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven a car without a car driver's license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.075% at around 20km from the front parking lot of the 1162 East German apartment site located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, 1162 on the same day from the front parking lot of the 23:00 on the same day.

2. On March 27, 2014, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties operated and proceeded with the car as stipulated in paragraph (1) on the front of the Geongdo apartment apartment complex located in Junggu-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), the Defendant, while driving the car under paragraph (1), proceeded without stopping the said car in order to avoid any defect in measuring the alcohol alcohol level by a slope D, which belongs to the transportation control department of the Gyeonggi Western Police Station, and proceeded with D’s right-hand blus on the left-hand blus of the said car, and proceeded with approximately two meters of D’s hand-hand blus to measure the alcohol level.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the crackdown on drinking driving.

3. On March 27, 2014, the Defendant obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 23:00, the Defendant: (b) laid down DNA chests to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender, such as a crime specified in paragraph (2), at the diversh parking lot located in the Sinpo-Eup in Gwangju-si; (c) laid down the Defendant’s chests in both hands; and (d) sit at the back seat of the patrol vehicle.
