Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brane car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On April 28, 2020, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.056% in blood at around 03:30 on Apr. 28, 2020, and led to the flow of a remote distance of 61-14, each of which is located in the sealed name of Daejeon Pungsung-gu, Daejeon, to the flow of the original alley distance from the offside distance of the ginseng Alley-gu.

At the time of night, there was an artificial structure in which signal lights are installed between two lanes and three lanes, so there was a duty of care to see the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and the right and duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering gear and the brakes.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a B-low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.056% alcohol concentration from the food room in the Dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu to the place of accident as stated in paragraph 1 at the time of the day indicated in paragraph 1.
