Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a social work personnel working in B transportation business division.

Social work personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was absent from office for 15 days in total from January 8, 2018, from April 9, 2018 to April 13, 2018, from November 5, 2018, from December 3, 2018 to December 7, 2018, and from December 3, 2018 to December 12 of the same month without justifiable grounds.
