1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 233,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 17, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

On April 20, 2007, Kimpo-si on April 20, 2007, the date of payment and the place of payment 130,000,000 in par value (won) issue and on April 2, 2007, Kimpo-si on April 30, 2007, "328,50,000,00 on October 18, 2007" on October 18, 2007, "430,000 on May 28, 2007 and 430,000,000,000,000,000,000 on June 21, 2007 and D operated on December 11, 2007, issued promissory notes to the Defendant amounting to 30,50,000 won as follows:

On April 2, 2007, the Defendant rendered a promissory note No. 1, 2007, and on April 30, 2007, the promissory note No. 2, as stated in the above Schedule No. 1, and on May 29, 2007, the promissory note No. 3, and on June 30, 2007, each endorsement on the promissory note No. 4, as stated in the above Schedule No. 1, and transferred each of the said Promissory Notes to the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant Promissory Notes”). The Plaintiff is the final holder of the instant Promissory Notes No. 1.

On September 17, 2007, the Plaintiff sought payment at the place of payment of the Promissory Notes No. 1 of this case, but D, the issuer of the Promissory Notes No. 1 of this case, was refused due to the default of payment.

The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendant and D on July 11, 2008 against the Defendant for the Promissory Notes 2008da8792, and the above court rendered a judgment that “The Defendant (the Defendant and D) together with the Plaintiff on September 20, 2007 with respect to KRW 123,50,000,000,000 and KRW 35,000,000,000,000 from September 20, 2007; from October 18, 2007 with respect to KRW 28,50,000,000 from November 21, 2007; from March 11, 2007 to May 11, 2008; and from the next day to 208, 200,0000 won with respect to KRW 8,000,000.”

On the other hand, F Co., Ltd. (BB Before its change: G) is the Defendant’s place of payment and place of payment 130,000,000,000 of the payment date of promissory note NO (original issue date) and the place of payment as stated below. F Co., Ltd. (B) on December 30, 2006, 220,000,000 of the HU branch of HB. H.
