A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 7, 1992, the Defendant was sentenced to a juvenile protective disposition at the Busan East District Court on thief, October 23, 1992; the juvenile protective disposition was issued by the Seoul Western District Court on 2000, June 18, 1992; the probation was 2 years in the imprisonment for special larceny at the Ulsan District Court on 1992; the probation was 2 years in the imprisonment for 2 years in the Seoul Western District Court on 12 December 1997; the probation was 1 year in the imprisonment for thief at the Seoul Western District Court on 201. July 27, 2001; and on March 11, 2010, the Defendant was released on 3 years in prison for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and on 14 November 2012, 2012.
1. At around 23:00 on July 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in which the victim E (n, 47 years of age) opened a knife restaurant in order to remove waste; and (b) 300,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was invaded on the said restaurant, and 1 million won in the market value.
2. On August 2013, 2013, the Defendant, at the “G cafeteria” located in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, cited a 500,00 won-in cash owned by the victim, who opened a cresh in which the victim H (n, 58 years of age) works in the main room, and neglected to dive due diligence, and opened a cresh, and extending the hand, and 14,000,000 won-in cash owned by the victim, which is located in the front line, and 180,000 won-in market value, 1,000,000 won-in one, resident registration certificate, passbook, passbook, card card (a card, a national card, a compromise card).
3. At around 22:30 on August 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a cresh in which the victim K (the age of 61) neglected to exercise due diligence by organizing a restaurant; and (b) 300,000 won in cash, card 1 (one card), resident registration certificate, driver’s license, and passbook 20,000 won in the market price in which the head of the Tong-si located.
