A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 15, 2014, from around February 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed the game products “AraidineD” on the first floor of the underground floor of the building located in the north-gu in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, on 22 computers, and provided the use of the said products; and (b) received KRW 10,00 from customers, using one computer for drawing points and exchanging money, charged 10 points on the customer’s computer; and (c) provided KRW 10,000 points on the customer’s computer in receipt of demand for exchange from customers, 10,000 won per 10 points.

As a result, the defendant provided game products that have not been rated for use, and exchanged the result of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.

2. The Defendant, as in the preceding paragraph, committed a game room in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, with a view to having a imprisoning customer who lost money while running the game room as in the preceding paragraph, and had the game room moved into a game room.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the game room to one floor of the underground floor of the building located in Gwangju Northern-gu, and installed 22 computers with game products, “Arazddds,” which were not rated from March 7, 2014 to March 30, 2014, and offered them for use by customers, and, when receiving KRW 10,000 from customers, used one computer for charging points and exchanging points, charged 100 points on the computers of customers, and exchanged 10,000 points from customers into 10 points per 100 points.

As a result, the defendant provided game products that have not been rated for use, and exchanged the result of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
