A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:20 on the front day of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) on the part of the victim G (nor, 26 years of age) who walked along the paths, with the victim’s shoulder with his own hand, she was faced with the victim’s shoulder; (c) she was faced with the victim’s left knickt; and (d) she was flicked with the victim’s knickt with her hand.

2. On April 19, 2015, around 03:30 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the balcony of “I” in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H 16, a part of the sound of the victim J (n, 28 years of age) who drinked alcoholic beverages one time in his/her hand; and (b) continued to have his/her her meast twice in his/her hand.

Accordingly, the defendant forced victims to commit indecent acts.
